A Little History about the Business
In 1982, Carl Collazo and Brad Jowers, the founding partners, established the groundwork for Med Realty & Investments, then serving the real estate needs of South Texas in the difficult 1980's. Brad's success in brokering hospitality real estate and later involvement with the real estate acquisitions for an international company made for a unique combination with Carl's farm and ranch real estate experience and investment consultation with medical professionals. It was specifically Carl's years of success in serving the unique investment and real estate needs of physicians and medical professionals that was the bedrock upon which Med Realty & Investments was founded. Later his expertise in the difficult task of organizing, developing and managing syndications for outpatient clinics in the San Antonio area and the strong financial results of those efforts for the partners only served to build upon a reputation for integrity and success. The MRI team also includes retired Marine Lt. Colonel Ron Armstrong who now has ten years of experience in managing MRI's residential and commercial departments and Danny Welch who brings a wealth of real estate development and transitional land brokerage expertise to the table. The latest addition, Marian Knowlton, has recently come aboard to oversee sales at MRI's first residential development, Trophy Oaks Acres, LLC, and completes the team of full time professionals who along with a number of part time associates are dedicated to serving your real estate needs.
